- Review record reports before creat a polished product
- Upload explored record reports to proper, unified internet-based location for information section into EHR
- Ability to utilize multiple software platforms simultaneously including Office 365 and the Skywriter MD application
- Minimum standards of 98.7% accuracy must be met on all reports
- Will be responsible for acute care, clinical, radiology and pathology reports
- Strict adherence to all confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA
- Must provide own secure workstation, including a USB foot peddle

Qualifications
Comprehension of clinical documentation; capacity to record clinical appraisal and plan in an EHRÂ
